Hi, I'm Amy!

I'm a junior at Brown University studying cognitive science and HCI who is perpetually curious about the novel ways in which design is shaping the world we are in. I love finding creative applications of emerging technology can be used to improve our everyday life.

My Process

Identify and contextualize user challenges to understand how they fit into a larger pattern of behavior.
Iterate rapidly, collabratively, and strategically -and always annotate!
Narrow down the key deliverables for each stakeholder segment and create a communication strategy for effective sharebacks.

Yan's Cuisine Redesign

Yan’s Cuisine is a popular local restaurant near Brown University known for its quick and cheap takeout. This project will evaluate and propose a new online menu layout that will better allow customers to order on the go.

Tangia Redesign

This redesign was part of an upper-level UI/UX class at Brown for which our team attempted to design a prototype of an interface that would solve a startup's (Tangia's) problem, but without looking at any of the startup's products.
